Ordering from our online catalog is as easy as 1-2-3!
Our online catalog uses the shopping cart analogy.
View through our many catalog pages and when you are
ready to order an item simply enter the quantity and
place it in your shopping cart. You may continue shopping
until ready to check out. When you are finished shopping
complete the address, shipping and payment information
form. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically
upon check out. We will automatically e-mail you a
copy of your order.
Secure Shopping
Our online catalog offers the latest data-encryption
technology, meaning all sensitive information transmitted
between you and us is secure. Your web browser must
support the SSL (Security Socket Layer) protocol.
Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer
have integrated support for SSL. When using secure
checkout you might notice two things occurring.
1. A key or lock will highlight in your browser notifying
you that all transmissions are secure (encrypted).
2. The Hyper Text Transfer Protocol http will
change to https, which stands for http via
SSL, the Secure Socket Layer.
(HTTPS allows
client and server-side authentication via certificates,
which have been in turn signed by a Certification
Agency. The client's web-browser must support SSL,
almost all (Mozilla, MSIE, Konqueror, Opera, Lynx,
w3m) do. The server must listen on a port other than
80, usually this is port 443.
Upon connecting to the secure part of a website, signified
by 'https://' (thus indicating port 443 instead of
port 80), the server and the client negotiate the
SSL protocol version to use and a unique session-ID
is established. If the certificate presented by the
server is unknown to the client, the client is free
to accept or reject the certificate. In turn the server
can also demand a certificate from the client. Server
and client now share a common key which allows them
to encrypt and decrypt messages they send to each
other. )
